On cancelling licences of professional securities market participant

On 10 December 2015, the Bank of Russia decided to cancel the licence of professional securities market participant to carry out broker and dealer activity and securities management issued to Broker Company Analitik Finance, limited liability company (TIN 4101116760).

The reasons to take the decision were repeated violations over the past year of requirements of the Russian securities legislation and requirements of Article 7 of Federal Law No. 115-FZ, dated 7 August 2001, ‘On Countering the Legalisation (Laundering) of Criminally Obtained Incomes and the Financing of Terrorism’.
