On cancelling qualification certificates

Due to the repeated gross violations of requirements of Russian securities legislation, on 10 December 2015, the Bank of Russia decided to cancel the following qualification certificates:

— series АА qualification certificate No. 010700 of qualification corresponding to the position of a head or a controller or a specialist of an organisation conducting clearing and(or) depositary activity or acting as a registrar of registered securities holders, issued to Dmitry Solntsev;

— series АI-001 qualification certificate No. 006310 of financial market specialist in broker and dealer activity and securities management issued to Olga Krokhina;

— series АI-008 qualification certificate No. 000445 of financial market specialist in broker and dealer activity and securities management issued to Mikhail Balovintsev.
