On Bank of Russia decisions

On 8 December 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:

Region, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by River capital management Company, limited liability company,

TrustUnion — Land, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by TrustUnion Asset Management, limited liability company,

Regional Fund of Investment in Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Mordovia, closed-end mixed unit investment fund managed by PROFINVEST Management Company, limited liability company,

Stroganoff — Real Estate, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Parma-Management, limited liability company,

Capital Development, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Aurum Investment Management Company, limited liability company;

to register amendments and addenda to the Charter of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund REGIONFOND due to the change of name into the joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund REGIONFOND;

to register amendments and addenda to the Pension Rules of the Rostov-on-Don-based joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund Rostvertol.
