On reissuing forms of licences of professional securities market participant

On 13 October 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue forms of licences of professional securities market participant to the following entities:

• Moscow-based closed joint-stock company DKK to carry out depositary activity due to a change of name;
• Moscow-based closed joint-stock company First Index Asset Management to carry out securities management due to a change of location:
• Kostroma-based open joint-stock company Investment Commercial Bank Sovcombank to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a conversion;
• Tyumen-based closed joint-stock company Joint-Stock Tyumen Commercial Agroindustrial Bank to carry out depositary activity due to a change of location;
• Moscow-based closed joint-stock company INVEST-TELECOM to carry out broker and dealer activity and securities management due to a change of location;
• Moscow-based open joint-stock company PROSPECT INVESTMENT COMPANY to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of location.
