On Bank of Russia decisions

The Bank of Russia took decisions:

to change the forms of licences by insurance activity type to the following entities:

Dominanta Insurance Company, limited liability company,

Capital Insurance, limited liability company,

AlfaStrakhovanie — OMS, limited liability company,

BASTION-LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, limited liability company,

SiV Life Insurance Compnay, limited liability company,

HDI Insurance, limited liability company,

VSK Insurance open joint-stock company;

to reissue the insurance licence of the joint-stock company Spasskie Vorota-M Insurance group due to the change of name;

to reissue the licence to carry out mediation activity as an insurance broker of the joint-stock company Atom Insurance Broker due to the change of name and location.
