On financial resolution of PJSC Sotsinvestbank

On 13 August 2015, the Bank of Russia approved amendments to the plans for participation of the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency (hereinafter, the Agency) in bankruptcy prevention of the Ufa-based PJSC Sotsinvestbank (Registration No. 1132).

Initially, PJSC JSCB ROSSIYSKY CAPITAL will be involved in financial resolution of the bank and provided with funds to maintain liquidity of PJSC Sotsinvestbank in the amount sufficient to ensure their uninterrupted operations and timely settlements with creditors.

The Agency will further hold a tender to select an investor suggesting the best conditions for financial resolution of PJSC Sotsinvestbank.
