On reissuing licence forms

On 9 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions to reissue the licence forms of professional securities market participant to the following entities:
the Moscow-based BINBANK, public joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity and securities management due to a change of name;
the Moscow-based Nord-Capital, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity and securities management due to a change of location.
