On decisions of Bank of Russia

On 12 May 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To reissue a documentary confirmation of licences to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the following entities:

— Sadko Finance Management Company, limited liability company (the city of Moscow), due to a change of name (previous name: Progress-Capital Management Company, limited liability company),

— Sokol Management Company, joint-stock company (the city of Moscow), due to its reorganization, change of name (previous name: Grand-Capital Management Company, limited liability company) and location,

— Proflider Management Company, limited liability company (the city of Moscow), due to a change of location,

— AST Management Company, limited liability company (the city of Saint Petersburg), due to a change of location,

— General Capital Management Company, joint-stock company (the city of Moscow), due to a change of name (previous name: General Capital Management Company, closed joint-stock company) and location;

To register rules of trust management of mortgage collateral for ISU Pervy Slobodskoy mortgage participation certificates managed by GPI Management Company, limited liability company.
