On reissuing forms of licences of professional securities market participant

On 9 April 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue forms of licences of professional securities market participant to the following entities:

— Moscow-based Brokerage and Depository Services, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity due to a change of location;

— Moscow-based ANEKT Investment Company, limited liability company, to carry out securities management due to a change of location;

— Moscow-based Ivan Kalita Investment Company, joint-stock company, to carry out dealer activity due to a change of name and location;

— Yekaterinburg-based Ural Bank for Reconstruction and Development, public joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity and securities management due to a change of name;

— Moscow-based Benchmark Capital, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity and securities management due to a change of location;

— Murmansk-based B&NBANK Murmansk, joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity and securities management due to a change of name;

— Moscow-based Bazilevs Finance, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and securities management due to a change of location;

— Moscow-based FPB Bank Joint-Stock Commercial Bank, public joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity and securities management due to a change of name;

— Moscow-based RAM Investment Group, joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity and securities management due to a change of name and location;

— Moscow-based Bitsa — Invest Investment Company, joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity and securities management due to a change of name and location;

— Moscow-based Prime Capital Investment Company, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity due to a change of location;

— Moscow-based BGF Bank, joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity and securities management due to a change of name;

— Moscow-based KPDU Dohodnoe Mesto, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and securities management due to a change of location.
