On 12 January 2016, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences of a professional securities market participant to carry out broker activity (licence No. 072-10652-100000, dated 23 October 2007), dealer activity (licence No. 072-10655-010000, dated 23 October 2007) and securities management (licence No. 072-10659-001000, dated 23 October 2007) of the Moscow-based LLC Investment company TM-Capital (TIN: 7202146823) following its requests.
