On reissuing forms of licences of professional securities market participant

On 13 January 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue forms of licences of professional securities market participant to the following entities:

Moscow-based Financial Company INTELLECT-CAPITAL, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of location;

Moscow-based joint-stock company Joint-Stock Bank Capital to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name;

Moscow-based ALLIANCE-INVEST, limited liability company, to carry out broker and dealer activity and securities management due to a change of location;

Krasnodar-based Premier-League Management Company, limited liability company, to carry out securities management due to a change of location;

Moscow-based Investment Company Septem Capital, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of location;

Moscow-based open joint-stock company Broker House UNITY TRUST to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of location;

Orenburg-based joint-stock company Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Forshtadt carry out dealer activity due to a change of name;

Moscow-based joint-stock company Joint-Stock Commercial Bank NOVIKOMBANK to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name;

Moscow-based joint-stock company Commercial Bank Russian Investment Alliance to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name;

Moscow-based KRASOIL FINANCE, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of location;

Moscow-based PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY JOINT-STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK METALLURGICAL INVESTMENT BANK to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of location and name;

Moscow-based StrategInvest, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of location;

Moscow-based Investment Company DiMax Capital, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a transformation.
