On rules of trust management

On 13 January 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:

Venture Plus, closed-end venture investments unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company Infrastructure Investments Management Company;

Innopolis Plus, closed-end long-term direct investments unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company Infrastructure Investments Management Company;

Centre of Real Estate Management — 2, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Nevsky Capital Partners, limited liability company;

Lime, closed-end credit unit investment fund managed by APEX Management, limited liability company;

Basis Trust, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Bazis-Invest Management Company, limited liability company;

Variant, closed-end credit unit investment fund managed by TETIS Capital, limited liability company;

Native Open Spaces, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company Eurasia Management Company.
