On reissuing forms of licences

On 9 November 2015, Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue forms of licences of professional securities market participant to the following entities:

— Moscow-based Joint-Stock Commercial Bank RosEvroBank, joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name;

— Megion-based PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY YUGRA BANK to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name;

Vyborg-based Vyborg-Bank, public joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity due to a change of name;

Saint Petersburg-based ALEXBANK, public joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer activity due to a change of name;

— Moscow-based Moscow Industrial Bank, public joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name;

Stavropol Stavropolie Investment-Commercial and Industrial-Construction Bank, public joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity due to a change of name;

— Moscow-based Investitsionny Vestnik, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer activity and securities management due to a change of location;

— Moscow-based BANK URALSIB, public joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name.
