On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

By its Order No. OD-1604, dated 8 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint from 8 July 2015 a provisional administration to National Insurance House, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 1259, location: 1 bldg. 2, B. Kislovsky Pereulok, 125009 Moscow, TIN 5024011970; PSRN 1025002871332) (hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint the provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1391, dated 18 June 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Natalya Yu. Potapova (mailing address P.O.Box 22, 105118 Moscow), member of the non-profit partnership Union of Managers and Receivers (32/15, Nizhegorodskaya Street, 109029 Moscow), has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
