On cancelling qualification certificate

Due to the violation of legislation to counter inappropriate use of insider information and market manipulation as well as of Russian securities legislation, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel series AI-003 qualification certificate No. 006044 of a financial market specialist in broker, dealer activity and securities management issued to Yelena V. Zheleznova.
