On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

By its Order No. OD-1607, dated 8 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to ASKO Interregional Insurance Company, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 0903, location: 20, office 417 Shchapov Street, 150054 the city of Yaroslavl, Yaroslavl Region, TIN 4443005774; PSRN 1027600842060, hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint the provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD- 1259, dated 8 June 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

I.F. Kantserova (mailing address P.O.Box 28, 423603 Yelabuga, Republic of Tatarstan), member of the non-profit partnership Sinergija self-regulatory organisation of professional receivers (45, office 11 Komsomolskaya Street, 350063 Krasnodar), has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
