On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

By its Order No. OD-1606, dated 8 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to EUROSTRAHOVANIE Insurance Company, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3704, location: 5, office 302, Galushchak Street, 630049 Novosibirsk, TIN 7710420549; PSRN 1027739431246, hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint the provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD- 1387, dated 18 June 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Ilya S. Pavlikov (mailing address 101-B, Prospekt Mira, 129085 Moscow), member of the non-profit partnership Self-Regulatory Receiver Organization Interregional Centre of Experts and Professional Receivers (101-B, Prospect Mira, 129085 Moscow), has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
