On revocation of licence for insurance broker activities

By its Order No. OD-1623, dated 9 July 2015, the Bank of Russia revoked the licence to perform insurance broker activities from Insurance Broker BARS, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 4092).

This decision is taken due to the failure by the insurance broker to remedy the violation of insurance legislation, particularly the company’s failure to timely comply with the Bank of Russia’s instruction, which resulted in suspension of the licence to perform insurance broker activities. The decision becomes effective the day it is published in the Bank of Russia Bulletin.
