On cancelling qualification certificates

On 9 July 2015, due to the repeated gross violations of requirements of Russian securities legislation, the Bank of Russia took decisions to cancel:

— series АI-001 qualification certificate No. 010773 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in broker, dealer activity and securities management and series AIV-001 qualification certificate No. 008039 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in depository activity issued to Vitaly V. Perepelitsa, the sole executive body of BK Invest, limited liability company;

— series АI-004 qualification certificate No. 005846 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in broker, dealer activity and securities management and series AIV-004 qualification certificate No. 006176 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in depository activity issued to Anna V. Kuleshova, a controller of BK Invest, limited liability company.
