On appointing provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 189²⁶ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Moscow-based credit institution Commercial Bank Trust Capital Bank, joint-stock company — CB Trust Capital Bank JSC (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2741, date of registration — 5 March 1994) (Order No. OD-1043, dated 13 May 2015) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1044, dated 13 May 2015) to appoint from 13 May 2015 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution Commercial Bank Trust Capital Bank, joint-stock company, for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Svetlana V. Demina, chief economist of the reporting processing section of Branch 2 Moscow, has been appointed as head of the provisional administration to manage the credit institution Commercial Bank Trust Capital Bank, joint-stock company.

The provisional administration to manage the credit institution Commercial Bank Trust Capital Bank, joint-stock company also includes: N.A. Luschikova, M.E. Voronova, N.F. Salakhova, O.M. Romanova, L.E. Zubkova, E.S. Polonetskiy, L.P. Kuznetsova, and Yu.B. Borisov.
