On revocation of banking licence
Due to repeated violations by the St. Petersburg-based credit institution Construction-Commercial Bank, closed joint-stock company, during a year of the requirements specified by Article 7 (except for Point 3 of Article 7) of the Federal Law ‘On Countering the Legalisation (Laundering) of Criminally Obtained Incomes and the Financing of Terrorism’, and guided by Article 19, Clause 61 of Article 20.1 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, and Part 11 of Article 74 of the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1041, dated 13 May 2015) to revoke the banking licence from the credit institution Construction-Commercial Bank, closed joint-stock company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3050, date of registration — 10 August 1994) from 13 May 2015.
