On 10 April 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to issue a copy of series AA qualification certificate No. 005814 (FCSM of Russia Certification Board record No. 2/21, dated 25 September 1998) for the position of a specialist in the organisation conducting broker and/or dealer activity and/or securities trust management, to Konstantin A. Tychinin (the city of Saint-Petersburg).
