On appointing provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 18926 of the Federal law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Moscow-based credit institution closed joint-stock company IpoTek Bank, CJSC IpoTek Bank, (registration No. 2794, date of registration is 19 April 1994) ) (Order No. OD-787, dated 13 April 2015), the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-788, dated 13 April 2015) to appoint from 13 April 2015 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution closed joint-stock company IpoTek Bank for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Sergei V. Maslov, chief economist of the sector of cooperation with credit institutions and Bank of Russia divisions responsible for supervision and inspection of accounting methodology of the Accounting and Reporting Division of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Central Federal District, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration to manage the credit institution closed joint-stock company IpoTek Bank.

The provisional administration to manage the credit institution closed joint-stock company IpoTek Bank also includes O.V. Boyev, M.Yu. Barsukov, S.S. Kondrashova, V.G Borovsky, Zh.V. Bronnikova, I.P. Strokov, N.Ye. Klimova, P.I. Tsikh, A.N. Davidenko and S.V. Byelyakova.
