On 12 March 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Moscow Research Institute Agat placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-65028-D-001D;
to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company State Transport Leasing Company placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-32432-Н-002D;
to register an additional issue and a prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Sovcomflot placed through public subscription.
To assign state registration number 1-01-10613-А to the additional issue of securities;
to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company AERO Sheremetyevo placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-15665-А-003D;
to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Zagorsk Pumped Storage Station-2 placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-11397-А-002D от 31.01.2013;
to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company TPP in the town of Sovetskaya Gavan placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-58919-N-001D;
to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Yakutskaya SDPP-2 placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-58921-N-001D;
to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Sakhalinskaya SDPP-2 placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-58922-N-001D.
