On cancelling qualification certificates

Due to the repeated gross violations of requirements of Russian securities legislation, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the following qualification certificates:

— series AA qualification certificate No. 008376 of qualification corresponding to the position of a head or a controller of an organisation conducting broker and/or dealer activity and/or securities management issued to the sole executive body of the closed joint-stock company ZERICH Regional Development Nikolay Podlevskikh;

— series AA qualification certificate No. 012393 of qualification corresponding to the position of a head or a controller of an organisation conducting broker and/or dealer activity and/or securities management issued to the sole executive body of the closed joint-stock company ZERICH Regional Development Dmitry Tobler;

— series AI-003 qualification certificate No. 004286 of financial market specialist in broker and dealer activity and securities management issued to the controller of the closed joint-stock company ZERICH Regional Development Yaroslav Khozumov.
