Due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Moscow-based Commercial Bank Sudostroitelny Bank, limited liability company (TIN 7723008300), the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences of professional securities market participant issued to the Company No. 077-10052-100000, dated 27 March 2007, to carry out broker activity, No. 077-10057-010000, dated 27 March 2007, to carry out dealer activity, No. 077-08728-000100, dated 17 November 2005, to carry out depositary activity, and No. 077-10062-001000, dated 27 March 2007, to carry out securities management.
