On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to the operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3739, dated 30 December 2014, On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Samara-Based Credit Institution Open Joint-Stock Company Commercial Volga-Credit Bank or OJSC VLCB Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-359, dated 13 February 2015) to withdraw S.N. Pavlov from the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Commercial Volga-Credit Bank from 16 February 2015.
