On 5 December 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to approve:
a report on the termination of activity of Commercial Real Estate, close-end direct investment unit fund, managed by ROEL Capital Management Company, closed joint-stock company, and to strike off the said fund from the register of unit investment funds;
a report on the termination of activity of Industrial Investments, close-end venture investment unit fund, managed by ROEL Capital Management Company, closed joint-stock company, and to strike off the said fund from the register of unit investment funds.
