On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3161, dated 11 November 2014, ‘On the Appointment of Provisional Administration to Manage the Ufa-based Payment Service Bank, Open Joint-stock Company, PSB Bank OJSC, Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-3476 dated 11 December 2014):

from 12 December 2014, exclude Alexander R. Urmancheev, chief legal adviser of the legal department, the Murmansk branch, and Albina T. Mirzayanova, leading legal adviser of the legal department, Division-National Bank of the Republic of Bashkortostan, from the credit institution provisional administration of Payment Service Bank, open joint-stock company;

from 12 December 2014, include in the credit institution provisional administration of Payment Service Bank, open joint-stock company, Gulnara Ya. Sultanaeva, category 1 legal adviser of the legal department, Division-National Bank of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
