On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow dated 2 December 2014 on the forced liquidation of the credit institution settlement non-banking institution Settlement Banking Centre, limited liability company, (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3487-K, date of registration — 7 July 2008) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3478, dated 11 December 2014) to terminate from 12 December 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution settlement non-banking institution Settlement Banking Centre, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2126, dated 18 August 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Settlement Non-Banking Institution Settlement Banking Centre, limited liability company, or SNCI SBC (LLC), Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
