to refuse to issue the licence of a professional securities market participant to carry out depository activity to Stock of Capital, limited liability company (TIN: 7724595595);
to issue the licence of a professional securities market participant to carry out broker and dealer activity to Stock of Capital, limited liability company (TIN: 7724595595).
