On 11 November 2014, the meeting of the Tender Committee of the National Financial Board to select an audit firm to audit the Bank of Russia annual financial statements for 2014 took a decision to admit to tender the following audit firms:
1. Consortium of audit firms CJSC Deloitte & Touche and JSC BDO Unicon;
2. Ernst & Young LLC;
3. Consortium of audit firms CJSC PricewaterhouseCoopers and Financial and Accounting Consultants LLC.
