On securities issue

On 6 November 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company ISOTEC INVEST placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-67783-Н-001D;

to resume the issue and to register an issue and a report on the results of issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company KB Radiosvyazi placed through allocation of shares among founders of the joint-stock company,

to assign state registration number 1-01-50202-А to the issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company L.Ya. Karpov Research Institute of Physical Chemistry placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-15702-А-001D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Urgalugol placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-02-30363-F-003D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an issue of class M non-convertible interest bearing certified housing mortgage-backed bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company Mortgage Agent AkBars placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 4-01-82398-Н to the issue of securities;

to register a report on the results of issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Energy Business Centre, the state registration number of issue is 1-01-50193-А, placed through allocation of shares of the joint-stock company established through separation among shareholders of the joint-stock company under reorganisation through separation;

to register a report on the results of issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company SibEnergoActiv, the state registration number of issue is 1-01-50196-А, placed through allocation of shares of the joint-stock company established through separation among shareholders of the joint-stock company under reorganisation through separation;

to register a report on the results of issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds for qualified investors of the open joint-stock company TeleHouse placed through private subscription, the state registration number of issue is 4-01-12454-А;

to register amendments to the decision on the issue of series 03, 04, 05 and 06 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds and a prospectus of series 03, 04, 05 and 06 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company of energy and electrification Tyumenenergo placed through public subscription, the state registration numbers of issues are 4-03-00159-F, 4-04-00159-F, 4-05-00159-F, and 4-06-00159-F.
