On termination of activity of provisional administration
Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow dated 23 April 2015 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Commercial Bank Sudostroitelny Bank, limited liability company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2999, date of registration — 27 July 1994), and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1035, dated 12 May 2015) to terminate from 13 May 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Sudostroitelny Bank, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-367, dated 16 February 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Commercial Bank Sudostroitelny Bank, Limited Liability Company, or SB Bank LLC Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
