On 6 May 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to issue a copy of series AA qualification certificate No. 008438 (FCSM of Russia Certification Board record No. 2/33, dated 26 November 1998) of qualification corresponding to the position of a head or a controller of an organisation conducting broker and/or dealer activity and/or securities management to Dmitry Mitenko (the city of Stavropol).
