On 10 February 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Geofinans placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-70457-H-001D;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Lyuberetskiy Zavod Montazhavtomatika placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-02860-А-004D of 27 December 2012;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Nizhne-Bereiskaya HPP placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-32629-F-002D of 29 January 2013;

to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company RT — Stroitelnye Technologii placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-13918-А-001D;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company SOGAZ Tower placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-46241-Н-002D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company AERO-Sheremetyevo placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-15665-А-003D to the additional issue of securities;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Concern Morinfosystem-Agat placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-11211-А-009D;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Vitimenergostroy placed through private subscription, the state registration number of issue is 1-01-43464-N-002D;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Salavat Chemical Plant placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-04707-Е-002D.
