Following the revocation of the banking licence of the credit institution LLC CB FDB (TIN: 7702144800) (hereinafter, the Company), on 7 December 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the Company’s licences of a professional securities market participant to carry out broker activity (licence No. 177-03451-100000, dated 7 December 2000), dealer activity (licence No. 177-03554-010000, dated 7 December 2000) and depository activity (licence No. 077-04165-000100, dated 20 December 2000).
