On reissuing licence forms

On 3 December 2015, the Bank of Russia decided to reissue forms of licences of professional securities market participant to the following entities:
- Raiffeisen Capital Management Company, limited liability company (Moscow), licence to carry out security management due to a change of location;
- Joint-stock company StarBank (Moscow), licence to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name.
