On approving reports on termination of activity of unit investment funds

On 2 December 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to approve a report on the termination of activity of RICOM — MICEX Index, open-end index unit investment fund managed by RICOM-TRUST Management Company, limited liability company, and to strike off the said fund from the register of unit investment funds;

to approve a report on the termination of activity of Infina — Equity, open-end equity unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company Infina Management Company, and to strike off the said fund from the register of unit investment funds;

to approve a report on the termination of activity of BusinessEstate, closed-end real estate unit investment fund, and to strike off the said fund from the register of unit investment funds;

to approve a report on the termination of activity of PEAK Retail 4, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by TRINFICO Property Management LLC, and to strike off the said fund from the register of unit investment funds.
