On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the Novosibirsk Region, dated 2 December 2014, on the forced liquidation of the credit institution closed joint-stock company Non-Bank Credit Institution Siberian Settlement Center (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3308-K, date of registration — 11 February 1997) and appointing a liquidator in compliance with Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3481 dated 11 December 2014) to terminate from 12 December 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution closed joint-stock company Non-Bank Credit Institution Siberian Settlement Center appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2468, dated 11 September 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Novosibirsk-Based Credit Institution Closed Joint-Stock Company Non-Bank Credit Institution Siberian Settlement Center or CJSC SSC Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
