On issuing copies of qualification certificates

On 10 December 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to issue copies of series AA qualification certificate No. 028550 (FCSM of Russia Certification Board record No. 3/71, dated 31 January 2003) of qualification corresponding to the position of a head or a controller or a specialist of an organisation conducting trading (stock exchange activity) and clearing activity, and series AA qualification certificate No. 018357 (FCSM of Russia Certification Board record No. 2/79, dated 29 December 2000) of qualification corresponding to the position of a head or a controller of an organisation conducting broker and/or dealer activity and/or securities management, to Elmar O. Teimurov (the city of Moscow).
