On Bank of Russia decisions

On 8 December 2014, the Bank of Russia took decisions to register:

amendments and addenda to the insurance rules of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Education and Science;

amendments and addenda to the insurance rules of the Yakutsk-based open joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Arel;

the rules of organisation and internal controls of the Simferopol-based VLADINVESTGROUP MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY;

the rules of organisation and internal controls of the Sevastopol-based PARANGON MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY;

amendments to the Charter of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Interregional Non-Governmental Pension Fund BOLSHOI;

amendments and addenda to the rules of organisation and internal controls of the Saint-Petersburg-based TKB BNP Paribas Investment Partners (open joint-stock company);

amendments and addenda to the rules of organisation and internal controls of the Moscow-based Management Consulting, limited liability company;

amendments and addenda to the rules of keeping the register of investment units owners of the Moscow-based Specialised Depository Company Garant, limited liability company.
