On canceling state registration of issue of securities of CB Oil Alliance (PJSC)
Governed by the decision of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Central Federal District of 5 November 2015, on declaring void the issue of series 02 convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds subject to mandatory centralised storage, with an early payment option at the discretion of the credit institution (the issuer), maturing on the 3660th day after their placement, placed through private subscription of the Commercial Bank Oil Alliance (public joint-stock company) or CB Oil Alliance (PJSC), individual state registration number — 40202859B, dated 4 September 2014, the state registration of the securities issue is cancelled.
The cancellation date of the securities issue state registration is 5 November 2015.
Reason: to recognise the issue of securities void as not a single security was placed by the issuer during the emission.
All trading in the securities which state registration is cancelled, as well as their advertising, public bid quotations and/or public offering of these securities are prohibited.
