On cancelling licences of professional securities market participant

On 10 September 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences to carry out broker, dealer activity and securities management of the public joint-stock company International Centre of Financial Operations (TIN 7841371158).

The reasons to take the decision to cancel licences were repeated violations within a year of the requirements of Article 7 of Federal Law No. 115-FZ, dated 7 August 2001, ‘On Countering the Legalisation (Laundering) of Criminally Obtained Incomes and the Financing of Terrorism’, as well as company’s involvement in dubious operations.
