On cancelling licences of professional securities market participant

On 10 September 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences of a professional securities market participant to carry out broker, dealer activity and securities management of Sunrisegroup, limited liability company (TIN 7723683129).
The reason to take the decision on cancelling the licences was repeated violations within one year of requirements of Russian securities legislation.
