On Bank of Russia decisions of 7 August 2014 

On 7 August 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

1. To issue licences to carry out broker and dealer activity and operations to manage securities to the Ulyanovsk-based Investment Company Premium-Invest, limited liability company, professional participant of the securities market.

2. To reissue forms of licences of the professional participant of the securities market to the following entities:

Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Quatro Finance to carry out broker and dealer activity and operations to manage securities due to a change of location;

Moscow-based Invest Media, limited liability company, to carry out broker and dealer activity and operations to manage securities due to a change of location;

Tolyatti-based Investment Financial Company Pioneer, limited liability company, to carry out broker and dealer activity and operations to manage securities due to a change of location.
