to register amendments and addenda to the rules of organisation and internal control of Management Company BFA, limited liability company;

to register amendments and addenda to the rules of organisation and internal control of Management Company Nord-Capital, closed joint-stock company;

to register amendments and addenda to the rules of organisation and internal control of Management Company Sadko Finance, limited liability company;

to register amendments to the Charter of the Moscow-based Non-governmental Pension Fund European Pension Fund, closed joint-stock company;

to reissue documentary confirmations of licences to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the following entities:

Yekaterinburg-based limited liability company Management Company GERA due to a change of location;

Krasnoyarsk-based joint-stock company Management Company SM.art due to a change of name and location (previous name: closed joint-stock company Management Company SM.art);

Moscow-based joint-stock company Management Company Ingosstrakh-Investments due to a change of name and location (previous name: open joint-stock company Management Company Ingosstrakh-Investments).
