On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to the operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1042, dated 13 May 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Saint Petersburg-based Credit Institution Construction and Commercial Bank — Closed Joint-Stock Company or CJSC StroyComBank Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-1320 dated 10 June 2015):

— to withdraw O.A. Ugleva, S.V. Bolshakov, S.A. Bumagin, A.A. Allakin from the provisional administration of the credit institution Construction and Commercial Bank — Closed Joint-Stock Company from 11 June 2015;

— to introduce S.V. Rufimsky to the provisional administration of the credit institution Construction and Commercial Bank — Closed Joint-Stock Company from 11 June 2015.
