On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to the operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1110, dated 20 May 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Credit Institution Joint-Stock Company Commercial Bank of Social Development Bumerang or JSC ComSocbank Bumerang (the town of Cherepovets, Volgograd Region) Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-1318 dated 10 June 2015):

— to withdraw S.P. Veresova and Z.P. Nikanorova from the provisional administration of the credit institution Joint-Stock Company Commercial Bank of Social Development Bumerang from 11 June 2015;

— to introduce M.L. Voitatsky and I.A. Vinogradova to the provisional administration of the credit institution Joint-Stock Company Commercial Bank of Social Development Bumerang from 11 June 2015.
