On reissuing forms of licences

On 9 June 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions to reissue forms of licences of the professional securities market participant to the following entities:

Moscow-based Commercial Bank INTERPROMBANK, joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity and securities management due to a change of name;

Moscow-based Investment Company A Finance, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity and securities management due to a change of name and location;

Moscow-based Banca Intesa, joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity due to a change of name;

Saint Petersburg-based Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity due to a change of name;

Usolie-Sibirskoye-based Usolie Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Greencombank, joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer activity and securities management due to a change of name;

Tyumen-based Unison Capital, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity due to a change of location.
